Great idea... & as I have experimented with some raw banana bread in the past might give these a try in my dehydrater as they sound really nice...and low calorie is a big bonus too...:))0

I experimented with this yesterday and they turned out delicious.
2 bananas
1 apple-peeled
2 cups of old fashioned oatmeal
1/2 tsp of vanilla
1 tsp of cinnamon
stevia/truvia sweetner to taste
Blend Banana and apple together in a blender
Pour into a bowl with oatmeal, cinnamon and vanilla
mix well
1 table spoon per cookie
makes about 36 cookies and are roughly 25 calories per cookie
omg on my next day off, I WILL HAVE TO TRY FOR SURE!0 -

Is this cooked oatmeal or 2 cups dry uncooked oats? Thanks0
-
Are the oats supposed to be cooked first and add the other things together and spoon it and bake? or are the oats raw then other ingredients added and spoon it then baked?0
