Hello, I have always had a weight problem. I am so tired of not being confident in myself and being able to feel comfortable around my boyfriend. Im really bad at keeping up with a weight loss program. i often am good for a week or two and then all the sudden i give up. In 55 days we are going to hawaii and im hoping to lose 10-15 pounds before then. Im really hoping to make some friends on here to keep me motivated. i currently weigh 217lbs and my ideal weight is 145lbs. but im taking it one day at a time and setting mini goals for myself.

    Welcome.. This the a GOOD site to use.. you will meet lots of good peeps on here to help in your journey... The most important thing to remember is to KEY IN EVERYTHING and you WILL drop your weight... :) We will be here to watch and help you..
