I just sent my husband to return the Acai Cleanse I bought lastnight to do as my pre-diet detox because I read horrible reviews about people getting bloody stool and kidney problems. I am already having lower back pain from prior to the detox that i am not sure if it is a kidney infection and i dont want to make it worse with these. i took 4 pills already so, i hope they dont cause any issues.

Anyway, Im not going to get the Julian or quicktrim one so i need ideas!!! What is the best detox you have done. I am more looking for a detox not weightloss. I just had my mirena taken out and now I want to rid my body of the hormones from it and the toxins in the junk i've eaten over the last year with my mirena in.
