Charlie Brooks Exercise DVD - How many Calories lost?

Hi :)

I've just done Charlie Brooks exercise DVD but I've no idea how many calories I've just burnt lol.

The DVD is made up of five 10 minute sections:

Warm-Up:
Hip circles, squats, shoulder rolls, side steps, punches, marching, heel digs, twists, cha cha steps, lunges

Disco:
Marching, side steps, hip rolls, cha cha steps, wide marching, knee lifts, twists, heel digs,

Combat:
Punches, hooks, sway and duck, knee lifts, kicks

High Intesity:
Marching, wide squats, side steps, pony, calf raises, lunges, skipping, jogging, sumo squats, star jumps

Pilates Cool Down:
Stretches, press ups, plank, stomach work

Does anyone have any idea or a rough estimate as to what I would have burnt?

    I would log it as Aerobics. I think give or take it will be pretty accurate.
