Hello. Hows everyone doing? Im new here.
Im a mom. Working fulltime. I love to cook. im a vegetarian and caffeine does not exist in my vocabulary, not even tea, soda and even chocolate, basically anything with coffee beans.Used to workout everyday for 2 hours but since I started working fulltime I wasnt able to go to the gym as much as I want to. Gained 2lbs already. Hope to get back to working out and hopefully maintain my weight. Need a lot of motivation and self confidence. Im scared of being overweight again. Scared of not having the energy of even just playing with my daughter.

I joined this site I think Aug. 31 and I am so happy I found it.....Since I joined I have lost 5 pounds which is so exciting for me because I have been "dieting" for the passed year and nothing has happened. This site has forced me to seriously change my eating habits and to exercise....still working on the exercise piece. Nice to have you here you can friend me if you'd like. You can keep the weight off I know you can!
