What to eat?

I have just added my last meal for the day and I have 213 calories left but -1 on fat, and - more on protein and fiber. What can I eat? Any ideas?

    eat some fruits or veggies.....not many calories but no fat either

  • and hey just for a tip in case u guys didn't know, but if u r trying to cut down on calories and food intake, just drink a glass or two of water before you eat. it will fill you up so you don't want to eat as much! and it comes out next time you go lol. hope that helps! it has for me.
