I have the same issue. If I could just grow a few more inches I'd be set.

In other words...you're not overweight, you're undertall?
  • Have you spoke to a nutrionist or a physician on your ideal weight? That's where you should start in order to find your ideal weight. Since you can't change your height (well, most US doctors won't perform this procedure), you might want to start there.

Next thing, everyone is built differently. How long have you been trying? Took me about 4 weeks to lose my first few pounds on a calorie constricted diet.

Sometimes, just a few months of exercising helps immensely as well.

Oh my god. We SO need a "like" button on this forum.
  • So I am about 20 lbs under height, which sounds way better then 20 lbs over weight

Have you been measuring it every week? Make sure you don't measure more often than that to account for daily height fluctuations.

Possible but not probable. I think her height is turning into weight.

Are you accusing me of growing out and not up?

If you dont eat your exercise calories, you shrink.

I did the 30 day Grow DVD, and gained 2 inches in height in 15 days! :D

Two things can be the same height, but one can still be taller than the other. For example, I am 72 inches tall but I am 183 centimeters in height. I rest my case.

That's why I wore 5" heels to my high school reunion last year.

I was overweight at 5'5, but perfect at 5'10.

I seriously virtually love you in a distant and nonthreatening way. Particularly for this.
