New work out schedule, opinions? Opinions on Ab Ripper X?

Hi,

I'm starting/ have started my new workout this week. I mainly do jogging/swimming for cardio and I have 3 circuits I do with weights (I rotate a circuit each week) I'm going to start lifting weights one the school gym on campus opens for the Fall term. Anyways here my main routine:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday: I do the C25K workouts which last about 35min and go for 2.5mi because I end up on the otherside of the hill I live on.
Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday: I have the circuits that I do which last 30min. I will be adding some cardio once the gym opens.

I was thinking of adding the Ab Ripper X workout to the days that I do the C25K to add some core focus. My circuits work a lot of legs, shoulders, and arms and my legs are usually shot for a few days if I do both. I haven't really focused on core and it would be nice to have a little boost from the workout after my cardio. I'm still playing around with ideas and just wanted to know anyone's opinion and if you want, your workout routine?

I'm also pre-training for waterpolo/rugby season and the pre-season practices start in October and I will add those on top of my workout as well.
