Finally being proactive with myfitnesspal

Hello ALL!!

I am on my first week of my fitnesspal and I do have a long ways to go in meeting my goal. I plan to lose about 43 pounds, it sure doesn't seem like much but if I want to do it the healthy way it will take some time. I would love to meet people off of here for motivation. I think doing things like this when you first start out, you really need that person to help motivate you to the right direction. I also would like friends to exchange food ideas and tips. I am new to watching my calorie intake and If I want to make changes in my life this is one of them to help make my stomach get smaller. Can't wait to meet some new people and have some buddies for support....

    Hello, and welcome. I have been around here for a while, but just recently got back into being serious again. This is a hard life learning/changing process! Hope we can motivate each other!!
