Hello all i was wondering, when i have run out of fat points, am i too eat fat free foods?? but i have more calories to eat, but no fat

Yes. Next time try saving some fat cals for later in the evening. By "fat-free" I mean fruits & veggie or tuna fish (personally i don't count Omega-3 as "fat", others may disagree), not fat free cookies and stuff. Good luck.0
