I'm here!!! Headed back to my bike right now tho. I've been checking in here and there. My husband says I'm becoming obsessed with this site!

I pop in and out of the site as often as I can!
I can't sit in front of the computer all day, gotta get up and move!
So...I get off for a while and then pop in to check on things.

im on!!!! u seem to be doing great!!! i keep seeing u on all the challenges...keep it up!!!!:drinker: im not doing so well...i posted yesterday about needing a root canal but everybody is closed until monday so iv been drugged up since tuesday and doing nothing. :sad: its getting depressing cause i have gained 5 lbs in the past 2 weeks i dont get it cause i was working out until tuesday and i am sticking to 1200 calories??? any advise:huh:0

Drink your water:drinker: ..watch sodium intake ...don't let it get you down!:happy:
You are just going thru a rough time right now but it will get better soon. Sometimes we just gotta get thru a few rough days:grumble: to come out ahead a few days later!
Keep at it and don't weigh in again untill you have to for the challenge, or a week!
You might be at a better point by then! Think happy thoughts. We are here for you!

Im here, I spent my day doing 1 hour brisk walk, 45 minutes of weight lifting, and 15 minutes of Wii Tennis. It feels soo good to be back on track with my exercise.:happy: Oh yea!! I forgot my 10 squats and 150 crunches.0

Hey I'm back! Went grocery shopping today n did a couple extra laps around the store with my fully loaded basket. Got some healthy snacks n meals. I'm enjoying my dessert of a Yoplait Light and a graham cracker, yum! I thought of another challenge for the purple team but we've got so many going on right now I'm going to save it for next week!0

Hey everyone! I was trying to keep everyone motivated and I hope it worked!! My legs and abs will be so sore in the morning! It will all be worth it!:bigsmile: Its good to "see" everyone tonight! Nicole drink your water and do as much of that as you can! Try switching up your workout routines! When you feel better because you sound like you may be in awful pain, unless doped up pretty good! LOL!! You will catch back up so don't worry! We got your back girly!:flowerforyou:0

Great post everyone, I glad to see everyone trying to keep up with everyone. I think its tough but together we can do this. I am excited for first weigh in. I will really be glad when TOM leaves me.........Well lady and men, I am off to work I go see you this afternoon.
