oh yes, found it on Directv on Demand for free and love it! Ok, so I've only done it a couple of times, but its amazing!

I'm doing it right now and I love it. I'm on week 2 day 2. I will have to buy it soon because the free on demand only has upper level 1 but all of the lower levels .
