Ok girlies...tomorrow is the day!! We've been at it for 6 weeks and we're kicking butt!! I don't feel that i'm going to do too well tomorrow, but I've notice that my trend seems to be that I do worse the week AFTER my TOM. So....we'll see!!
I know there's not too many of us still participating so I added the "but not really" to the title in case others want to join!! Hope you don't mind!!

tomorrow is our weigh in day for most of us. If you have a different day then feel free to continue to use it! We just really like to encourage eachother weekly!

HI my name is Jennifer or you can refer to me by my screen name jrhstarlight. I weigh in on Thurs already so this works outhowever I'm expecting a gain tomorrow I think the holiday weekend did me in. Looking forward to some challenges and getting tips and motivation along with friends anyone can add me.
ps let me add, not to be rude I do have a fb but its 99% gaming only so I only add my gamer friends or family of course LOL so I hate adding people who don't play well cause I know its irritating to see my thousands of game feeds a day when you don't play or at least that's what I'm told by family lol0 -
I'm probably going to be up but i'm okay with it...I think after the past few days i've come to accept the number on the scale after much support from my wonderful friends here on MFP.
Don't know what I'd do without ya'll!

Thanks Chrissy, I was thankful to weigh in at the weight i was last Thursday 133.5. Of course I did not drink as much as a normally do yesterday so who knows how accurate my weigh in was. But I'll take it!
So much better than the 2.5 pound gain I was seeing for the past 3 days (even more considering 2 days after weigh in i was down to 132 even...so that's like a 4 pound gain from Saturday- all eating 1200 calories or less every day!) It has been a very high stress week but i still made good eating choices which is a big deal for me.
My classmate i haven't really talked to since May saw me last night and asked if i had lost weight, so made me feel good I hadn't undone all my hard work!0 -
I'm 158.8, a 2 lb loss...which surprises the crap out of me. I almost didn't log this, but hopefully it will keep me motivated throughout the weekend to do good!!
week 1 - 166.8
week 2 - 165.0
week 3 - 163.4
week 4 - 162.2
week 5 - 160.8
week 6 - 158.8 (2lbs)

Ok so NO gain is good!! Maybe you should add a few more cals if you are going under 1200 on some days...that might boost your metabolism and help get you over the hump!! Hang in there girl...you will definetely get over this hump!!0 -

@sweetsapphire85 - I know the heartache of a multiple pound gain in a short period all too well! It is not fair that it is so easy to gain, and takes so long to lose! Congratulations on staying the same this week, that's a great accomplishment! I agree with Audra that maybe boosting your cals a bit this week may help.... but I'm no expert0 -
I meant to input my weigh in this morning but was rushing out! I have had a 1.5 lb loss, which has suprised to me! As like u meg had a few days of little gains. I used to just weigh in once a week but seem to of slipped into weighing daily, so really NEED to get out of the habit as it is soul distroying! It's good when ppl start to notice the changes in your body shape meg, and it's usually the ppl that haven't seen you for a while that notice more than ur day to day friends n family x keep it up huni, maintain is maintaining but like the others have said maybe up ur cals and eat cleanly to boost urself up a notch xx

Sept 6 - 142
Sept 13 - 139
Which would be a loss of three, but today I weighed in at 139.6, so we'll call it a loss of 2.4
