This is a 65 minute work out that focuses on strength training, but it's pretty intense.
Here is the description on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Bob-Harper-Pure-Super-Strength/dp/B003ULW71Q/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1315450093&sr=8-4

If anyone is familiar with this particular DVD, how do you log the exercise?

I am logging 20 min low impact aerobics, 20 minutes strength training, and 20 min calisthenics (I don't count the cooldown). Does this sound accurate or does anyone have any suggestions? I do not have a heart rate monitor and don't plan to get one in the very near future...

TIA

  • i'll reply to myself then in case anyone else runs into this issue. here is how i solved the problem...by logging 25 min strength, 20 calisthenics (vigorous effort), 20 low impact aerobic. that pretty much covers the dvd.
