This is a 65 minute work out that focuses on strength training, but it's pretty intense.
Here is the description on Amazon: http://www.amazon.com/Bob-Harper-Pure-Super-Strength/dp/B003ULW71Q/ref=sr_1_4?ie=UTF8&qid=1315450093&sr=8-4
If anyone is familiar with this particular DVD, how do you log the exercise?
I am logging 20 min low impact aerobics, 20 minutes strength training, and 20 min calisthenics (I don't count the cooldown). Does this sound accurate or does anyone have any suggestions? I do not have a heart rate monitor and don't plan to get one in the very near future...
TIA

i'll reply to myself then in case anyone else runs into this issue. here is how i solved the problem...by logging 25 min strength, 20 calisthenics (vigorous effort), 20 low impact aerobic. that pretty much covers the dvd.0
