I have completed 5 months since my Gastric Bypass and heard about this site and it is great for me, for I was having a hard time knowing what amount is in each foods.
I started at 245 and now 175
And went from a size 24 to 10 at this time
I am trying to get down a few more lbs before my son gets married in November
