Well I have posted similar topics in the past, but just wanted to update it since i'm back losing and toning up etc.
The photo on the left is me at a party in March 2009 at 371lbs, the one on the right is during a day-long trek last week at 259lb
I did get down to 244lb last year, but didn't even take a photo of this and have since gained in fat and some bulk. Just going to have to do it again to take a pic! lol
