Meet with dietician - CHECK! Sign up for MyFitnessPal.com - CHECK! Eat a carb, protein and fat at every meal - CHECK! (okay, it's only been two days) Off to a good start. Wrapping my head around this protein, carb and fat is a big learning curve. Having done WeightWatchers on and off, all my life, I'm sure I can do this. Great to know I'm not alone. :happy: If anyone needs support or words of encouragement, hit me up!
