Hi everyone - I just joined this morning after a rude wake-up call with the scales! :noway: I'm not sure why I thought I could eat healthy without tracking/weighing and hope it would all work out, but it clearly did not! I would like to lose 38 pounds and will need reminders that slow and steady is just fine.
I'm looking forward to meeting and sharing with others on our weight loss journeys!
