Hello Everyone!
I've joined today too!
I've downloaded the app and I'm ready to go! I have 12lbs to loose but its the hardes 12Ib's in the world. I'm really looking to get back to basics. Eating less and moving more! I figured Faddy diets, green days, red days, points etc were all getting a bit too confusing for me and clearly not working!
I'm hoping to find some people with the same motivation problems as me, so we can either help each other along or learn from ones that have beat them!
Have also ordered some MORE exercise DVD's also. Its all gone on here today!

Goodluck! I definitely feel your pain about the confusing points, staggered calories days, colors of foods, etc. MFP makes things really easy to understand how to really eat what your body needs. Feel free to add me if you want someone to talk to.0
