Just wanted to say Hello! Seems like I'm always trying to lose weight or maintain where I'm at. I go to a trainer three times a week for an hour each time. He tells me working out hard isn't my problem. Like most over weight people my problem is eating clean consitantly. I always start out and do well but for some reason I slip back into my bad eating habits. Getting up there in age now (63) and need to get in shape. Trying to get down into the low 200's and I'm at 273 lbs now so I have a long way to go.

My closet like a clothing store rack with sizes 44 down to 38.

My main goals are to feel better and look better.
