I have a long way to go and frankly am feeling a little overwhelmed! I will not spend another winter laying around and when summer comes get depressed!! I will loose the weight this time!

Don't feel overwhelmed. Take it one day at a time. I set mini goals so that my overall goals don't feel so daunting. If you strive for those mini goals, then you will meet the overall goal with time.0
