As silly and as counterproductive as it sounds, you MUST eat to lose weight. You must. Starvation isn't the way to lose weight (at least not in a healthy, long term successful way to do it!).
Aim to get your daily calories as close to zero as possible. MFP has already worked in a deficit for you - so, having 200, 300 or even more calories leftover in a day WILL cause too large of a deficit. When the deficit is too large - your body freaks out, thinks it may starve to death and slows down the weight loss (eventually, it'll stop losing all together).
So. Get those calories as close to zero each day, drink your water and BE PATIENT.0
