I must say I am very pleased to have discovered this site by accident. I believe it wil help me in tracking my calories consumption and keeping me on my exercise regiments. My goals is to lose 50 lbs. I am currently at 286 lbs. Let the weight loss and fitness journey begin. Any tips you have will be greatly appreciated.
