Just a little something I have been playing with. I usually by chicken breasts @ $1.99/lb, so this is cheap, too. 3 breasts are about 2 lbs, or just a little more.

Tyson - 100% All Natural Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, 34.4 oz.
Spices - Garlic powder, 1 tbsp
Spices - Pepper, black, 1 tbsp
Spices - Oregano, dried, 2 tsp, ground
Bertolli's - Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1.5 Tbsp (15ml)

I brush both sides of the breasts with the olive oil, then dust each side with spices. Throw on the hot grill (~450) for about 10 minutes, turning a couple of time. Total prep and cooking time is about 15 minutes, serves 6. Works well as a main dish, and the leftovers make some very good chicken salad for lunches the next day.

Nutritional breakdown per serving:

Calories: 183
Carbs: 2
Fat: 4
Protein: 33
Sodium: 331
Potassium: 39

Not sure where the sodium is coming from...maybe the solution Tyson packs the chicken with? I've tried other herbs too. Rosemary is pretty good, too.
