I hope I'm allowed to post this...the article discusses calories in food and has a really clever "square" technique - I like it since every square = 100 calories...so I'd get 15 and a half squares to fill up per day (they use 2000 calories for a woman, high for me).

What do y'all think?

I'm glad more people are becoming conscious around the world about their food choices!

  • "If you eat a gram of carbohydrate, this equates to four calories. But a gram of fat equals nine calories. "
