BBC news article on calories

I hope I'm allowed to post this...the article discusses calories in food and has a really clever "square" technique - I like it since every square = 100 calories...so I'd get 15 and a half squares to fill up per day (they use 2000 calories for a woman, high for me).
What do y'all think?
