    I see no point in counting calories if there are calories that you don't count. It's like doing accounting for the mafia.

    And I dont know if you just dont want to admit it, but, fruit still has calories. some fruit has a more than you would think...

    My previous dieticians have said for me not to worry about the sugars in fruit - processed sugars are the only thing they said I should be concerned about, or monitoring daily.
