Ab workouts for Swiss/Medicine Ball HELP!

Tuesday my trainer gave me some workouts using the swiss ball and I can not at all remember them :(....(it was my first training session).....

Can anyone give me a few???? I remember one that I was laying on my back, ball in hand over head...knees up and I would rotate knees/waist to one side taking the ball to the opposite...does this sound right???? and then another I had my feet apart on the ground with my elbows holding me up on the ball.....

Any help would be great...like what he really wanted me to do...am I on the right track? How long do I hold it/many do I do?? Names of these...
