I was doing so well this summer, lost 8 pounds in august, and then school started! I have been busier than ever (but somehow still finding time to eat unhealthy foods) and haven't been working out every other day anymore. I have gained a pound back in the last two weeks. I keep saying that I am going to start counting and exercising again but I have so much going on that it just slips through the cracks. However, today is the day! For real, this time! I counted my breakfast and snack and as soon as I get my homework done we are taking a freaking walk!

But don't beat yourself up. You can lose a pound in as little as three days.0 -

Try getting a planner and scheduling your day. I am in school and before when I didn't exercise my excuse was that I felt guilty for working out when I could be doing my homework, but by scheduling it I've given my self time to do both and to not feel guilty for not doing homework because I've planned a specific time for that.0

Now good job realizing what happened and correcting the issue. You will get back on track!0 -

Hi
Consider yourself kicked!!! I saw you had not logged in for a couple of days, and I know you were planning to get back on track, I was about to check to see how you were. You can do this! You don't want to waste all the great efforts you put in in August.
You've proved to yourself you can do it! Just get yourself organised, and plan your meals. It doesn't take any longer to prepare and eat healthy foods than unhealthy!
Just remember how great you will feel when you have kicked this weight into touch! Set yourself a goal for this month, and go for it!!!
Good luck

Thanks guys!!! Cccaroline, thanks for the feedback, I needed that . As for scheduling, I have a two year old. It would be fantastic but you can't really effectively schedule a toddler for example, homework may take 3 hours instead of 1 if she is grumpy!0
