Is anyone else's goal to take the morbid off their obesity?

My first goal is to take the morbid off my obesity and just be obese.

My goal weight is under 200 pounds at 190 and I would still be obese.

To be overweight I have to be 185.

So the sad fact is long time goal I'll shoot for overweight short term goal - I don't want morbid to be in front of my obesity. Its funny though. I know I'm fat but the morbid part bothers me. I would think that morbidly obese are those people that haven't left their bedroom in 10 years cause they can't move. Not me!

I'm still mobile. I love playing team sports. I'm very competitive. I hate being morbidly obese and the connotation that goes with it.

I'm just venting - and wondering if this has bothered anyone else out there

I feel you I have 45 lbs to lose it's not easy I'll be honest with you if you want it start today be true to you and get moving. I've seen people on here that have accomplished great weight lose like 180 lbs or more. You got to want it and not make up excuses because a lot of people do that I can't I'm sick I need a break I'm to tired or the most come in I'll start tomorrow well tomorrow is today lets get going. I'm just border line obese for my height and weight. It sucks diet and exercise but if it was easy and fun all the time there wouldn't be fat people in the world. You can do this. I have an elliptical in my that I have a TV right in front of it so I can watch my shows and still workout then during those boring commercials I turn my MP3 on and jam. I use to weigh 178 and I stand 5'3" but I'm now down to a 161 that's from being my own trainer. Trust me I can get as lazy as they come. It takes a while to lose it but it does come off and if you work hard you'll see big number drops probably. On this site we have a biggest loser club going maybe you want to join? I started this after losing 10 lbs and it help log all your food every thing you eat even if it's only a 1/4 of a serving you'll be shocked at home much you consume with all the little bites.
