Hello! I am in the middle of my weight loss and fitness goals. I started 2 years ago, lost 50lbs and basically hit a plauteau for a year. Actually I didn't work very hard to keep up my weight loss and excercising. I have kicked it back up again. I have been back on the wagon for 6 weeks now. I am going out walking/running every morning, and have cut my portions in half. I have lost 13 lbs in thses past weeks. My goal is to get to a 100lb loss by March. I am meeting one of my besties in Vegas!! Neither one of us or our husbands have ever been there before and it will be AMAZING!!! I want to be able to tell my friends when I see them that I am 100lbs lighter than the last time I saw them. The motivation is out of control right now!!! Thanks to this website I am even more in control of how I reach this goal!!!:flowerforyou:
