Low Blood Sugar

I am struggling to figure out why every day at almost the same time every morning I get light-headed, foggy, tingly and often blurred vision. I eat a good breakfast, mix of carbs and protiens and I still struggle. Does anybody else have any ideas? It seems to be the same time every day, about 9am and I usually eat breakfast about 7ish. Seems that my blood sugars should go haywire within 1 1/2 hours????

You should add a snack around 9 am if it's the same time everyday. Or increase your breakfast to hold you longer.0

I have Hypoglycemia so I know that feeling. My sugar can drop in seconds and by then it's too late. Try snacking at different times. If I go a long period without eating, then down I go. Also, the more sugar I eat, the faster mine goes down. I would try to make sure you don't go any longer than a couple of hours without eating something.0
