Buckwheat pancakes
Have you all tried Hodgson Mill Buckwheat Pancakes. They are SO good. It is all whole grain buckwheat and whole wheat flour.
I follow the directions, but I also add the zest from a lemon or orange. Let stand for 10-15 minutes before putting on the griddle.
I also do not add the oil and I use NF milk.

I have used that brand of flour but not tried the pancake mix. Sounds good. Great idea to add the zest and substitute non fat milk!0
