This site is wonderful, inspirational. Thank you.

I also found a youtube site "fantstarlite" last year where she recorded her weekly loss using wieght watchers ... I think she lost a similar amount of weight. Her videos show the challenges and give tips and provide ideas on how to stay motivated week to week.
