I've been logging on mfp for 5 days straight now but haven't seen this thread!
So, hi! I'm on mfp to monitor my food intake and my exercise regime. I used to do a style of yoga similar to vinyasa, but unfortunately two months ago, I tore a cartillage in my wrist and it is still in the process of healing. In those two months, I did no exercise, gained 4kg and felt rather depressed.
To counter that, I am now on the crosstrainer 20 mins everyday on the intermediate program, and my aim is to do 200 situps daily as well. I'd vary my exercise more, but I can't run as I have a bad ankle, and I can't do anything that involves wrists.
So far so good... hopefully I don't get too bored of this fitness regime. Dietwise, it has been tough to keep to the 1200 calories... I made it once this week. I'm definitely more conscientious of whatever I'm eating, which is a start!
