Softball Game

So this may seem like a totally stupid question, but I am going to ask it anyways. I know that they do those classes where they crank the heat in the room and you burn extra calories blah, blah, blah. I have a softball game tonight at 6:30. It is currently like 90 degrees, and will probably still be close to that during the majority of my game. Should I record that exercise differently or just run with the standard calories burned that MFP gives me and smile to myself knowing I got an extra good workout? :glasses:

I'd add it as regular exercise on MFP. I think they count the softball calories too high, anyway.

I feel your pain. I just finished a summer season of softball, where temps were in the high-90's, low 100's (we played during the day). Good luck!

At most, I would go with what MFP calculates. My experience has been that MFP is very generous and is always more than what my HRM calculates.
