    Why is this something to freak out about? The MFP calorie counter totals your NET calories, meaning the ones you gained from consuming food, and the ones you burned off from exercise. Stop freaking out.
  • I would say that if you only do that every once in a while...it is OKAY!!!! i am not sure, but I thin they have it built so that you are "supposed" to eat them. I don't know for sure and would love an answer about that from someone who knows!

    It's good to eat back at least most of the exercise calories, that's what you're supposed to do. So no worries. :)

    *facepalm* When I first started using the app, I didn't even go on the forums and could figure out you're supposed to eat them.

    I overate by 1,500 calories. Don't feel so bad.
