Come on scale...BUDGE!!!!

I am brand-spanking-new here. I have lost 10 lbs since December. I am VERY active (ride my bike 16km to & from work everyday, Yoga, workout classes, Jillian Michaels & hiking when my daughter is at her dad's house & TRY to eat healthy (but really, I have very poor self-control). I am now hovering around the 140's (a couple lbs over, then a couple lbs under). I am only 5'0 tall, so I am pretty overweight & although I am very muscular, I am tired of lugging around all this extra weight & want to feel lighter on my feet.

I just really need to get a handle on my eating & am really looking forward to finally losing my baby-belly!!!
