Hey everyone! I have been running for about two years and I have mostly focused on distance. (I can run 12 miles in 2 hours 10 mins with a 30lbs. vest and 6 miles in 48 minutes- no weight.) Anyway, I have been working on speed for a two mile run. I was just wondering what other female runners time is for motivation. I have been using my husband for motivation and drive, but he is military and extremely fit and his time is 12:41....I would love to achieve that, but I need something more achieveable for now! My current time is 14:48.

14:48 is awesome. You would be over 100% in the Army physical fitness test for that category. Great work.

Wow, both of you are fast! Other than the military, 2 mile is an odd distance.

Based your 6 mile time, I thinking you can get faster on the 2 mile.

The military is odd in general. lol. My six mile time should have read 48 mins, not 42!
