My 15 yo DD and I went on a 5 mile run downtown and caught the sun rise. I usually run by myself with my CD player but between the beautiful views and the company it was truly enjoyable.

I have found that it is so much more fun to run with someone. I struggle running by myself, especailly on long runs. Time passes so much faster when you are with some plus I don't hear the thud of feet on the pavement. That would be cool to see the sunrise -- I don't usually start until after snrise. Getting ready to get back in the grove of running tomorrow. Holidays have killed me!

No run for me today, just got back from a gym work out.

DRoss - You have to check out the sunrise sometime, best time of the day to run!

    4 miles on the treadmill.

Feels like cheating, but I'll take it!
