not enough carbs or calories

I've only been at this for a week now... but I'm low on carbs and calories and over on protein... i havent' even started exercising... I'm not sure i can even make it through a workout... don't think i'll have enough umph to get me through it.. any suggestions on what can help?? Any suggestions are welcome and thanks in advance...

Eat more. Carbs help fuel your workouts. Eat them, they are good for you.0

I actually adjusted my food goals to favor more protein and less carbs. Not a lot less, but I find that if I have more protein and less carbs I am actually fuller throughout the day. Everyone is different though.0
