Love my new spiral slicer for veggies--pic included!!!

I slice yellow squash, Mexican squash, set atop a little water in a glass baking pan, add some feta, sliced grape tomatoes, oregano, basil, parmesan, then lastly some mild squirts of olive oil. Add mushrooms if you like. Delish!

    Okay, I just changed my main profile pic to the pic I was interested in posting here. Just check out my profile pic to see the photo of my casserole. I'm thinking of doing a lasagne (sp?) type dish with this.

    Surround the url of the image with [ img ] and [ \img ] (but delete the spaces inside the brackets).

    I kind of want a spiral slicer for making zucchini pasta!

    Spiral slicer is awesome. I have to say I've experimented a bit. If you want to process daikon radish with this, sometimes you have to peel the outer hard skin off. If you do this ahead of time it eliminates "thinking" about what you're doing. Carrots take extra time. Potatoes work great. The best is zucchini and yellow squash and Mexican/grey squash.
