Tired of ppl stating the obvious

Friend request sent. I've been through the same thing with family and friends. The hardest part for me was at one point when I had lost 40 lbs and one of my cousins made the comment "well lose another 40 and maybe people will notice it". People don't think before they speak and realize exactly how their words can hurt someone, or just don't care.
