What clicked?

I've been on MFP for months now and have tried to get my act together and seemed to be getting nowhere. Then all the sudden in the last week something clicked?!?! I'm down 5lbs. 2 years I have been trying to accomplish this! I don't feel like I did anything unusual to make it happen. I struggled so much before and now it seems so much easier. Exercise and food.

Any body else experience this?

    definitly! ive been a binge eater for 9 years and these past 2 weeks (ive only been on mfp 2 weeks) are the first i havent binged or restricted and felt hungry. MFP is great because the focus (as i see it) is not about being "skinny" but healthy. and its great to see it written down in front of you! im not sure exactly what "clicked" for me, but i think im slowly changing my mindset about food!
