i was thinking about trying some diet pills along with my diet and exercise to see if ill lose more weight then i have. Has anyone out there tried any? and if so did they work and would you recommend them?

    i have tried to many different things. I just never stuck with them. however, ill assume their gonna work. but if you stop takin them your probably gonna gain all the weight back and then some. :( sad to say id try and do it without the pills

    Its best to try it the normal way! But a friend of mines is using hydroxy cut max! I plan on starting them for a little help only for workouts! The first time I did try them i lost 5lbs in a wk, that was following the directions. Bc you can take them everyday or before workouts for extra energy. Ive also tried flush the fat for my stomach it works! Relecore I wouldnt try bc it didnt work however it made my breast larger! Hope that helps!

    But everything doesnt always work for everyone! I did post a bulletin on pills not to try that were unsafe!

    I've tried alot of things mainly for extra energy during my workouts. The thing that worked for me was just plain old caffine pills. It was equvalent to a cup of coffee, without the calories with the creamer and stuff. But I plan to try Lipozene. My mom has heart condition and can't take many things like that, but her doctor assured her it is safe...and she tried it and she was steady loosing 1 lb a week, and it increased her to loosing 2 lbs a week. So I think it is work a shot. Expensive I think though. I'll let you know if it works..I think it will be okay as long as you continue your diet and exersize and don't depend only on a diet supplement. Otherwise you will gain everything you lose right back. Good luck.
