Hey there peeps! I've been using MFP on and off for a few months. During winter I caved and put on the weight I'd lost during summer. So I'm back into using MFP and logging every day. Hoping that by getting on here I will feel more obliged to stick to it. Been counting my calories for the past week and feeling good for it.

Welcome! One important thing to do is to always look forward, never back. The past is the past, and whatever successes or failures we may have experienced should be left there. Sure, we can learn from them, but we can't use them to beat our selves up over shortcomings. Take it one day at a time, and stay positive! You can do it!0

Great advice. We learn what works as we go along, and we can draw from that as we continue this journey!0
