Have not been using MFP in a while. I've gained back 4 lbs since vacation (July). This site really works for me. I need to start using it daily. I'd like to congratulate those people who log in for hundreds of days in a row. How do you do it? I know it helps.

I haven't logged in for hundreds of days in a row, but I use the iPhone app - since I always have my phone with me, I always am able to log my food in, even if I'm out at a restaurant.

    Hello!

I've been logging in for, I think, about 425 days now and to be honest, it's not that difficult. I fire up the iPhone MFP before I even get out of bed in the morning and that counts as a log in.

    It's just a habit.

What's hard is actually paying attention to what you log, how you eat, the exercise you do, changing things thaty don't work etc., but there isn't magic number for that :(

So I'd say get into the habit of logging in each day and the rest will follow.

    Best of luck :)
  • If you have a smart phone get the app, it makes life so much easier re logging in, updating diary etc. I'm on day 46 in a row at the mo!
  • I wove it into my daily routine. It helps that I work around computers and can log in at almost every meal. If I know I can't log my food throughout the course of a day, I'll prelog my food. Welcome back!!

Thanks for the advice and support, all! I wish I had an iPhone. I just need to get into the habit.
    Have a great day!
