The journey of weight loss

So far so good, love this APP as keeps what I eat in check. Im not sure how my weight loss crept up like this have 15 kg to lose and very determined, I find the hardest times to not snack is at night when I stop my day and sit down or when im preparing food and just feel like eating, Sometimes I win and sometimes the snacking takes over but i start again the next day and neva give up. I can do this.

    Heya and welcome. You are right you can do this! And I like what you said about never giving up. Giving up is just not gonna happen. The joy is in not giving up and sticking with it through thick and thin. Keep it simple, do what you can do at any given moment, don't sweat the small stuff, eat the highest quality food you can get a hold of, exercise whenever possible and believe in yourself.
