Spinning classes....difficult?

Very good advice here! Keep at it. Remember that everyone was a beginner at one time.
I started spinning just about a year ago. I have come a very long way and I am very proud of what I have accomplished. When I started I never kept up with the class but I kept at it. My instructor was very motivational and encouraging. The great thing about spin is that you can go at your own pace. And don't worry about what other's think. If they are anything like me, they are so focused on their workout that they are not paying attention to what anyone else is doing. Keep at it!0 -
A good instructor will cater for all abilities and actually differentiate for you if you're struggling. Remember, it's not a prison! You can leave at any time if you can't cope (but I think you can). I say bite the bullet and just go for it - you'll thank yourself afterwards0
