Help with logging 30DS

Hi everyone, I'm struggling with what to log the 30DS under on the exercise log. Is it high impact aerobics, circuit training or what? Can anyone help? Thanks

If you dont have a heart rate monitor then most people log as cardio circuit training general for 20 or 22 mins..i log as 22 because the warm up raises your heart rate!! im on day 6 level 3 and see amazing results!! its a great workout :happy:0

I used to log it as 20 minutes of Circuit Training, which was about 280 calorie burn, but now I solely use my HRM and I log it at whatever time I completed the dvd (including warm ups, cool downs, and even my "count to 5 breaks") and my HRM monitor is saying almost 500ish calorie burn.0

Thanks ladies! Hoping I can stick to the 30 days, because today was tough!
The first few days will be tough but push thru the pain! during level 1 my knees hurt soo bad i could hardly walk but i took a BC 30mins before working out and could finish. I did level 1 for 15 days and since then im glad i never stopped becuz i couldnt have a results like i do! got 3 children and the 'pooch" belly i had is GONE now!! YIPPEE if u want to see my results so far send me a friend request..pics are from (aug4th) 1st day of 30DS,start level 2 and 3..0
