Hello,
I have been doing MFP for a month now . I started at 155 and I float between 152-150. I eat almost all my calories, I work out 6 times a week. I know that muscle weighs more than fat. however I'm also not dropping inches either. I don't live near a gym. its about 30 miles away. and I have two kids. so I try to do my get ripped in 30 and then bike or walk at least 3 times a week also.
So my question is ... is there something else I should try to do? my weight/size wont budge!

Can you open your food diary? It's hard to say without knowing what you eat.0

Are you tracking your sodium intake? I had the same problem for the first month I was on, then I realized I was consuming upwards of 8,000-10,000 mg of sodium a day...talk about a total water balloon. As soon as I started tracking and paying attention, the weight dropped off next month (20lbs). It's a little slower now, but I haven't been paying as much attention as I should.0
